A new year, a new workplace for One United Properties amazing team! As the last decade came to an end, and after having spent more than twelve years in the elegant villa on Dacia Boulevard, we have consolidated our company’s entire operations at One North Gate, occupying over 15% of the Gross Leasable Area of the property.

"The restoration of the space would have normally taken about half a year, but we managed to set it in two and a half months, so it was a considerable creation and implementation effort, but truly rewarding. We chose a modern, warm style, with contemporary accents and statement elements, with a few colorful dots that attract attention. At the same time, we used a combination of office objects with wellbeing ones",

Over 1 million euros were invested in a process of refurbishment and the new concept of the lobby and common spaces for One North Gate and its transformation into a state-of-the-art office, which offers a modern workspace, integrating office and wellness elements, but also the latest technology available for those who work there. The investment in refurbishment aims to certify One North Gate business park in the BREEAM system, aiming for "BREEAM Excellent". The new concept of the lobby, the inner courtyard, and the common spaces emphasize the development of social and relaxation areas through contemporary design. It is also signed by the Lemon Interior Design team, known for their innovative projects in the luxury residential segment.

One North Gate business park is located in the center of the Bucharest Metropolitan area, near Promenada Mall and Aurel Vlaicu and Pipera (Dimitrie Pompeiu Boulevard) metro stations. With a total rentable area (GLA) of 23,000 sqm in two buildings and 504 parking spaces, One North Gate offers functional and efficient office spaces in the fastest growing area of Bucharest.
